Mike brings 30 years of financial, operational, and strategic experience to ClearGauge. As Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations, Mike leads the financial and operations functions of ClearGauge. He has led the organization in developing a sound and efficient financial and operational infrastructure that supports the business goals and the people of ClearGauge. Mike is an advocate of leveraging technology to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. He also lends his financial and analytical expertise to the financial and ROI reporting made to ClearGauge clients.
Mike has a keen insight into business, with particular knowledge of professional services, technology, and the Internet. Prior to ClearGauge, he held many diverse senior financial and operational roles at Arthur Andersen; including, managing director of global eLearning and CFO of Andersen's Virtual Learning Network and Knowledge Enterprises — two strategic start-up company investments in Andersen's new economy portfolio. He also led in the structuring and execution of a number of strategic equity investments in technology companies.
Mike received his B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa's Tippie School and Management. He is also a CPA. |
